About Lucky Girl Social

What is Lucky Girl Social?

Lucky Girl Social is a coaching company founded by Lucy Vincent that helps female social media managers and agency owners scale to multi-six and seven figures. We’ve served thousands of women through our flagship program, the Charm Collective, and built a community of over 45,000 marketing professionals. Our approach is anti-hustle, strategy-first, and built on the belief that you don’t need to work 80-hour weeks to build a wildly profitable agency. Same skill. Same woman. Different order.

Who is Lucy Vincent?

Lucy Vincent is the founder and CEO of Lucky Girl Social. After building her own marketing agency, Lucy realized that growing an agency creates an entirely new set of problems. Getting clients is one thing. Building a team that actually owns outcomes, protecting margins, creating predictable demand, developing leaders, getting yourself out of delivery and building an agency that doesn’t need you in every decision is another. Lucky Girl Social was built to help women navigate that evolution.

What makes Lucky Girl Social different?

We understand agencies. Retainers. Scope creep. Account management. Capacity. Client acquisition. Sales calls. Renewals. Team utilization. Margins. Hiring. Delivery. Founder dependency. The advice you need changes as your agency changes. We diagnose before we prescribe. Through our proprietary MAGNET Framework™, we look across the agency to identify the constraint that deserves attention first. You don’t get one person trying to be an expert in everything. Your Client Success Coach understands your agency, goals, numbers and roadmap, with specialized expertise around sales, mindset, marketing, systems, leadership and other areas as needed. When the bottleneck changes, you don’t have to go find another coach. Your support changes with it.

The MAGNET Framework

The MAGNET Framework™

What is the MAGNET Framework™?

MAGNET is Lucky Girl Social’s proprietary framework for diagnosing the areas of an agency that most directly affect sustainable growth. M: Mastery of Mindset The beliefs, identity and decision-making required to lead at the next level. A: Authority Activation How your agency is positioned, packaged and perceived in the market. G: Genuine Lead Generation Your ability to create consistent demand instead of waiting for the next referral. N: Next-Level Client Relationships The client experience, retention and expansion systems that turn signed clients into long-term revenue. E: Effortless Scaling Systems The people, processes, systems and ownership that allow the agency to grow without everything continuing to depend on the founder. T: Trust-Based Sales The process that turns qualified opportunities into great-fit clients consistently.

How is MAGNET different from other business frameworks?

Your agency isn’t six isolated problems. Sales affects capacity. Capacity affects delivery. Delivery affects retention. Retention affects profitability. Profitability affects hiring. Hiring affects leadership. Leadership affects how dependent the agency remains on you. MAGNET gives us a way to look at the whole agency before deciding what should change next. Two agency owners can have the exact same revenue and need completely different strategies. That’s the point.

What is Charm Collective?

Charm Collective is Lucky Girl Social’s Agency Growth Advisory experience for women building and scaling service-based agencies. It combines strategic guidance, specialized expertise, implementation support, education and a community of women navigating similar stages of agency ownership. The goal isn’t simply to help you make more money. It’s to help you build an agency capable of holding more growth without creating a bigger job for you.

What are the different levels inside Charm Collective?

Charm Collective includes two primary rooms: Founders Floor For agency owners building the foundation underneath their next stage of growth. The work may include positioning, demand generation, sales, client experience, team, systems, profitability and beginning to reduce founder dependency. Boardroom For established agency owners navigating the more complex problems that come with growth. The conversations increasingly shift toward profitability, leadership, organizational structure, sales infrastructure, team ownership, capacity, founder dependency and building an agency that can operate beyond the founder.

What does Charm Collective help with?

The exact roadmap depends on the agency. Common areas include:
  • Positioning and packaging
  • Marketing and lead generation
  • Sales and conversion
  • Client experience and retention
  • Profitability and agency economics
  • Hiring and team structure
  • Delegation and ownership
  • Systems and SOPs
  • Leadership
  • AI and operational leverage
  • Founder dependency
  • CEO decision-making
The goal isn’t to work on everything at once. It’s to determine what deserves attention now.

What does the Charm Collective curriculum cover?

The curriculum is organized around five core areas:
  • Foundations – Clarify your marketing message, build a high-ticket offer, and create a pricing system that generates real profit.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation – Master organic lead generation through Instagram, Facebook groups, Upwork, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales – Build a reliable sales process from discovery call to close, including follow-up sequences and objection handling.
  • Operations – Perfect your client experience with systems, processes, and management tools that scale.
  • Mindset – Nervous system regulation, overcoming procrastination, breaking through imposter syndrome, setting boundaries, and emotional freedom techniques.

Is Charm Collective only for beginners?

No. Women come into Lucky Girl Social at very different stages of agency ownership. Some are making the transition from freelancer to agency owner. Others already have clients, recurring revenue and a team, but have reached a stage where growth has created more complexity. Others are established agency CEOs focused on leadership, profitability, infrastructure and getting themselves further out of day-to-day operations. Your revenue alone doesn’t determine your roadmap. We look at the agency underneath it.

What kind of results do Charm Collective members get?

Our clients have grown revenue, increased profitability, strengthened their sales processes, raised their standards, hired teams, improved client retention and built agencies that rely less heavily on them. But we care about the result behind the result. A bigger revenue month is great. So is taking a vacation without your laptop. Building a team you trust. Keeping more of what the agency makes. Having an account manager who doesn’t need your approval for every decision. Knowing the agency can continue moving even when you’re not there. The money. The agency. The life. You get to want all of it. Our clients consistently achieve transformative results:
  • Mary: Grew from roughly $6K/month to a $45K month with approximately the same number of clients. The work evolved from pricing and packaging into team structure, sustainable economics and account ownership.
  • Nicole: Grew from approximately $60K to $87K months, reaching a seven-figure annual run rate while working on getting herself further out of day-to-day delivery and strengthening leadership underneath her.
  • Nat: Went from $18,691 to $51K in 30 days by improving the infrastructure underneath her growth, including lead generation, delegation and sales.
  • Gaby: Grew from approximately $10K to $18K/month in two weeks without signing a single new client. Instead of chasing more leads, she changed how she positioned and grew her existing client relationships. As the agency grew, she built her team and reached the point where she could take a midday workout for the first time in two years.
  • Shelby: Grew from approximately $2.8K to $43K/month, then built the team and systems required to support the growth.
  • Maddy: Reached $25K/month, onboarded her full team and began building sales capacity beyond herself.

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients start seeing momentum within the first 30-60 days. Significant revenue shifts – like doubling your monthly income or landing your first $3K+ client – typically happen within 90 days. However, results depend on your starting point, how much time you invest, and how consistently you implement.

Getting Started

How do I apply to the Charm Collective?

You can apply directly at luckygirlsocial.com/charm-collective. Fill out the application form and our team will reach out to schedule a call to make sure we’re the right fit for each other.

What happens after I apply?

We’ll have a real conversation about your agency. We’ll want to understand things like:
  • Where the agency is now
  • Where you want it to go
  • Your clients and offers
  • Your sales and pipeline
  • Your team and capacity
  • Your numbers
  • Your role inside the agency
  • What’s currently feeling harder than it should
You don’t need to diagnose the problem before you talk to us. That’s quite literally part of what we’re here for.

I’m not a social media manager. Can I still join?

Absolutely. Lucky Girl Social works with women across marketing, creative and adjacent service-based agencies. If you’re building a service-based agency and aren’t sure whether you’re a fit, apply and our team can determine that with you.

Scaling Your Agency

How do I go from freelancer to agency owner?

The biggest shift isn’t simply hiring someone. It’s changing how the agency operates. You move from: Doing → Deciding Producing → Leading Personally delivering → Building delivery capacity Being needed → Building ownership “My clients” → “Our clients” Founder knowledge → Agency infrastructure Eventually, the question changes from: “How much can I personally get done?” to: “What does this agency need in order to work without everything running through me?”

How do I price my social media services?

There isn’t one price every agency should charge. Your pricing has to account for your positioning, scope, delivery model, team costs, capacity, margins and the value you’re creating for the client. A price that looks great from the outside can still create a terrible agency if the economics underneath it don’t work. We care less about hitting an arbitrary package price and more about building offers that are valuable to the client and financially healthy for the agency.

How do I get clients without relying on referrals?

Referrals can be an incredible lead source. The problem is when they’re your only lead source. A healthier agency knows how to create demand intentionally and understands where qualified opportunities are coming from. The right strategy depends on your audience, offer, positioning, current pipeline and stage of growth.

How do I reduce client churn?

Retention starts long before a client considers leaving. Clear expectations, strong onboarding, proactive communication, measurable goals, excellent delivery, relationship management and consistent conversations about results all matter. And sometimes the better question isn’t: “How do we stop clients from leaving?” It’s: “Why are they leaving in the first place?”

When should I hire my first team member?

Not simply because you’re busy. Before hiring, we want to understand: What actually needs to be owned? Is there enough capacity required to justify the role? Can the agency afford it? Is the process clear enough to delegate? Does this need a person at all, or should part of it belong to a system or AI? And most importantly: Will this hire actually remove dependency on you, or create another person who needs you? Having a team doesn’t create leverage if the team still needs you to run the agency.

Community & Support

How big is the Lucky Girl Social community?

Our free Facebook community has over 45,000 members – female social media managers, agency owners, and marketing professionals from around the world. Inside the Charm Collective, our paid community is smaller and more intimate, giving you direct access to coaches and peers who are at a similar stage in their business.

What kind of support do I get as a member?

Charm Collective is intentionally built around more than one kind of expertise. You’ll have a Client Success Coach who understands your agency, goals, numbers and roadmap, plus access to specialized support and training across the areas that affect agency growth. Because the person who is excellent at helping you solve a sales problem doesn’t necessarily need to be the same person helping you solve a leadership problem. One agency. One roadmap. The right expertise around it.

Do you offer personalized support?

Yes. The level and format of personalized support depends on where you are inside Charm Collective. But the bigger philosophy is the same: We aren’t interested in handing 100 agency owners the exact same roadmap and calling it strategy. Your support should reflect what is actually happening inside your agency.

Comparisons

Lucky Girl Social vs. other coaching programs

Traditional business coaching often asks one person to help you solve everything. Sales. Marketing. Pricing. Hiring. Systems. Leadership. Mindset. Money. Or you end up independently hiring specialists and trying to piece all of their advice together yourself. Lucky Girl Social takes a different approach. One agency. One roadmap. The right expertise around it. We diagnose the whole agency, identify what deserves attention and bring the appropriate expertise around the problem. When the bottleneck changes, your support can change with it.

How do I know if Lucky Girl Social is right for me?

You may be a fit if: You know you’re excellent at what you do. You’ve proven people will pay for it. You want to grow without simply creating more work for yourself. You care about the economics underneath the revenue. You want a team that owns outcomes instead of waiting for instructions. You want an agency that becomes less dependent on you as it grows. And you are ambitious about what you’re building without wanting your agency to become your entire life.

Is Lucky Girl Social worth the investment?

That depends on what you need from us. If you’re looking for another library of trainings to watch and implement on your own, Lucky Girl Social probably isn’t the right fit. Charm Collective is for agency owners who want experienced eyes on the whole agency and support figuring out what actually deserves their attention next. For one client, that might mean fixing sales. For another, improving profitability. For another, building a team that can own client delivery without everything coming back to the founder. And for another, the smartest growth decision might be not adding more clients at all. Our clients have grown from $6K to $45K months, built seven-figure agencies, dramatically improved sales conversion, strengthened margins, built teams and taken real time away while their agencies continued to operate. Pasted text So rather than asking whether Lucky Girl Social is “worth it” in the abstract, the better question is: What is the cost of the bottleneck you haven’t solved yet?
