This wasn't always my story. I started out in a ācushy jobā that so many people told me I should be happy to have. And I was. Ish. But something was off. I was crabby, I snapped at people (and hated myself for it), and I was gaining weight with no clue why (It *couldnāt* have been the fistfuls of M&Ms I noshed whenever I was stressed).
And one day I realized: I was working my butt off to grow someone elseās dream.
So I quit, started my own agency & now I help other women do the same.
